Making any changes to a business-critical enterprise system requires effective and detailed planning. Nothing can be left to chance. So prior to upgrading or deploying BusinessObjects XI, our consultants will conduct a detailed review of your existing BI environment.

The result is a deployment plan that will give you a scalable, reliable, and dependable enterprise BI system. Our readiness assessment will not only provide you with the guidelines you need to prepare your infrastructure; it will also give you recommendations on technical and end-user training requirements, together with suggestions on how to scale and extend the value of your BI system over time.

Once the planning stage is complete, we can help you deliver what end users need. Our consultants will provide you with the guidance, knowledge, and hands-on support to make your migration and upgrade a success. Throughout the process our consultants will work with you to meet organizational expectations efficiently and with minimal risk. At the same time, we will help you understand and benefit from the new BI capabilities available to you.

The day-to-day management of your existing BI system will have resulted in definition of operational procedures and security policies tailored to your organization's technical environment. Our migration process will guide you through the adaptation of these policies and procedures to your new BusinessObjects Enterprise XI environment, taking advantage of any new capabilities that can improve the efficiency of operational system management.

Duration 3 days , dependant on current infrastructure**.

Pricing:

The cost of the Enterprise Readiness Assessment & Deployment Plan is £1,250*. Price of the Enterprise Readiness Assessment & Deployment Plan and Migration & System Upgrade Service is £3,250**.

* This price does not include Consultant expenses

** The 3 day price is based on a standard single server deployment. Final duration and cost for the Migration & System Upgrade Service will be agreed upon completion of the Enterprise Readiness Assessment & Deployment plan.
